From October 15th to November 14th, the World Trade Center in Seoul is holding the 2012 Chrysanthemum Festival in front of the East Gate of Asia’s largest underground mall COEX.
Divided into themed gardens like K-Pop Garden, Garden of Trade and Future, and Traditional Garden, the festival showcases over 100 million chrysanthemums representing 350 species. In addition, the festival is hosting a special exhibition called ‘Dressing Flowers with Art’ in the COEX lobby until October 28th, as well as cultural events like rock concerts of No Brain and Super Kidd, jazz concert, acoustic guitar concert, madanggeuk (traditional outdoor play), and flower parade throughout its duration.
