 The Makgeolli Expo, an annual event of makgeolli (rice wine) promotion, will take place from November 6th to the 9th at COEX, Convention and Exhibition in Seoul.
Participated by over 100 nationwide vendors in the traditional liquor industry, the 2012 Makgeolli Expo will showcase a variety of makgeolli and other traditional liquors, as well as brewing equipment. In addition to introducing their specialty products, the vendors will offer samples to visitors. During the first two days of the Expo, general admission will be limited to the exhibition on the 3rd floor only. The general admission fee is 10,000 won per person.
Meanwhile, the Food Week 2012, a food industry trade show featuring large varieties of food & beverage, machinery, kitchen utensils and ingredients & services, will be held in tandem with the expo.
