In a bold move to enhance sales and support for travel advisors, Azamara Cruises has unveiled a suite of digital marketing tools accompanied by a performance-based incentives program. This initiative aims to empower travel professionals to effectively showcase Azamara’s cruise offerings, personalize client interactions, and seamlessly convert inquiries into bookings.

In collaboration with Approach Guides, Azamara has crafted a set of ready-to-use and customizable marketing materials. This strategic partnership is designed to significantly ease the burden on advisors, allowing them to execute marketing campaigns efficiently while simultaneously receiving rewards in the form of gift cards, exclusive experiences, and engaging opportunities that foster a motivating sales environment.

To celebrate Travel Advisor Appreciation Month, Azamara Cruises has launched a targeted engagement campaign running from May 4 to May 31. This initiative is geared towards transforming how travel advisors connect with clients and streamline the sales process.

A standout feature of the campaign is the introduction of “content experiences”—professionally curated marketing assets that advisors can deploy immediately. These materials showcase a diverse array of Azamara’s itineraries, destination insights, and promotional offers. Travel advisors can personalize and co-brand these resources to ensure they align with their branding while maintaining a high standard of quality.

The program goes beyond traditional marketing support by implementing an attractive incentive structure aimed at boosting bookings throughout the campaign. Advisors who participate and confirm eligible reservations will have access to attractive rewards, including gift cards worth as much as $3,000 for selling Veranda staterooms or higher on qualifying sailings.

Additionally, experiential rewards are a highlight of this initiative. Participants will have the unique opportunity to join an exclusive one-night preview voyage aboard Azamara Quest, scheduled for December 17, 2026. This preview voyage is designed to offer advisors firsthand experience of the cruise line’s onboard offerings, equipping them with the insights needed to better convey Azamara’s value to potential travelers.

To keep excitement high throughout the month-long campaign, Azamara has incorporated an interactive component via its Travel Partner Alliance Facebook community. Advisors will have the chance to answer questions posted twice weekly, fostering a sense of participation and encouraging knowledge sharing. Correct answers will enter advisors into prize draws, with a total of eight prizes up for grabs throughout the campaign.

As an additional perk for early adopters, the first 100 advisors who register and actively share Azamara content via the Approach Guides platform will receive a branded gift. This added incentive is designed to spark enthusiasm and prompt quick engagement from advisors.

This partnership marks the beginning of a broader collaboration focused on delivering user-friendly digital solutions tailored to the specific needs of travel advisors.
