As of FY26, Sterling operates 78 resorts, hotels, and retreats spanning 65 destinations, offering a total of over 3,800 rooms. Within the past two years, the company has added an impressive 31 resorts, averaging 1.5 new properties monthly. With an eye towards the future, Sterling aims to expand its footprint to 95 resorts and achieve a total of 4,500 rooms by 2027, particularly focusing on the high-growth Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.

Importantly, the company boasts a debt-free balance sheet, with cash reserves growing at an impressive multi-year CAGR of 55%, totaling nearly ₹3,400 million. Operating Free Cash Flow also saw a significant rise of 49% year-on-year to reach ₹1,140 million, reflecting a blend of ambitious growth strategies and disciplined financial management that distinguishes Sterling in the competitive Indian hospitality landscape.
