Recent severe disruptions have led to a staggering number of flight cancellations across key airports in Australia and New Zealand, stranding countless travelers in cities such as Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Wellington, and Christchurch. Across New Zealand, Auckland Airport (NZAA) reported several cancellations on regional flights bound for Nelson and Taupo. Moreover, airports in Wellington (NZWN) and Christchurch (NZCH) faced substantial disruptions, with numerous flights canceled from various regional locations including Hamilton and Queenstown.
