Prior to his current role, Elkaswani excelled as the Director of Event Management and Food & Beverage Operations at W South Beach. Here, he collaborated with W Philadelphia’s General Manager, George Adel, during Adel’s previous tenure in Miami. At W South Beach, Elkaswani played a crucial role in managing diverse operations—ranging from large-scale events and banquet services to in-room dining and minibar programs—all while focusing on enhancing operational efficiencies and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

During his leadership at W South Beach, he impressed with his ability to foster a highly engaged leadership team that achieved a remarkable 100% Associate Engagement Survey (AES) leadership score. Moreover, he revamped operational procedures to boost efficiency, streamline workflows, and elevate service excellence across multiple departments.

Among his notable accomplishments at W South Beach was his role as project manager for a $6 million renovation of the property’s event and function spaces and overseeing the acquisition of $1.2 million worth of new operating supplies and equipment (OS&E). He also established Forbes-inspired leadership training programs designed for emerging department heads, emphasizing luxury hospitality standards, financial acumen, workforce optimization, and leadership development to ensure sustained operational success.
