This airport had a staggering 27 delays along with 11 cancellations, causing major inconveniences for travelers.
Rio de Janeiro experienced substantial disruptions at its major international airport, heavily impacted by GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes and Azul Brazilian Airlines. These two airlines significantly contributed to the travel challenges seen at this location.

GOL suffered the greatest impact today, with a total of 23 cancellations across its routes, in addition to 21 delays. The airline experienced significant operational strain particularly in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, creating challenges for both travelers and the airline.
Leading the delays, Azul Brazilian Airlines reported a notable 27 disrupted flights. Despite these delays, the airline was fortunate not to have any cancellations today, showcasing a partial resilience amidst the challenges.
LATAM Brasil faced a moderate level of disruption with 8 delays and 2 cancellations, which were predominantly concentrated in key locations like São Paulo and Brasília.
Both British Airways and Flybondi reported minimal disruption, each with just 1 delay, largely unaffected compared to the other airlines operating in the region.
