To enhance the travel experience for Hajj pilgrims, Dubai Airports has established dedicated check-in counters, priority departure and arrival gates, multilingual guest experience ambassadors, support desks, and prayer rooms. Additionally, facilities for changing into Ihram attire are available. For elderly pilgrims and those needing special assistance, the airport has increased the availability of wheelchairs and set up on-site health checks and support teams across its terminals. DCAS has also ramped up its medical presence to provide healthcare support and address emergencies effectively.
Pilgrims are encouraged to arrive at the airport at least four hours before their scheduled departure and to carry all necessary travel documents, including their Hajj permits and vaccination certificates.
