Currently, Hua Hin Airport accommodates around 300 passengers per hour, with its single runway measuring approximately 2,100 x 35 meters. This infrastructure can support medium-sized aircraft, such as the Airbus A320 or Boeing 737-800, allowing for two aircraft to be parked concurrently. At present, domestic flights operate between Hua Hin and Chiang Mai, with services provided by Thai AirAsia. Previously, from 2018 to 2020, the airport facilitated international services connecting Kuala Lumpur with Hua Hin, which were suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
